He is very responsive to our emails and calls, clarifies his understanding of our requirements and offers his perspectives readily to optimize the quality of the products. He delivers on time (or even earlier) and highlights potential pitfalls so that we are aware of the stumbling blocks that may affect the timely delivery of the products.
